How it works
Ben partners with a small number of successful business owners typically over a 12month period with fortnightly check ins, working through the initial planning stage through to achievement of key outcomes, and providing the support, capability and accountability in between to ensure the game plan is executed. A key part of the partnership is the sounding board role Ben play’s where clients can tap into his CEO experience and coaching skills. Ben’s engagements from time to time expand into project work in the areas of company or brand Purpose, Vision and Values, or team engagement and capability development.
